Our coordinating team includes event professional Michelle Eckles who has over ten years experience in the events industry in London and Sydney before returning to the Sunshine Coast. Michelle has a Diploma in Events Management and has coordinated a wide variety of functions including corporate events for News Limited, Westpac, AAPT and Dymocks as well as many a cocktail party and wedding.

Most people don’t realise how much is involved in putting together a wedding until they have to start organising their own. Classic Wedding Coordination Package
Perfect for the bride who has organised various aspects of her wedding but needs some assistance putting it all together. This package provides you with a hands-on assistant readily available in the day leading up to your special day and then during the ceremony and reception. Your Classic Wedding Coordinator will create a detailed checklist, runsheet and floor plan and liaise with all of your suppliers and key contacts to ensure everything is set up on the day to your specifications and that the whole day runs smoothly.

Prestige Wedding Coordination Package
Perfect for the very busy and/or interstate brides, this package aims to ensure you never get caught up in fuss and detail. The package provides you with your very own personal assistant who will ensure that every attention to detail is taken care of so that we can deliver a beautiful and stress-free bride to her husband-to-be! Your very own Prestige Wedding Coordinator will assist you with selecting and coordinating every aspect of your day including venue, catering, invitations & stationery, accommodation, transport, photographer and videographer, wedding dress/formal hire, hair & makeup, celebrant, decorations, entertainment, bon bonniere, flowers, cake, guest list, seating plan, floor plan and runsheet.
